GZ HitPhone — Anonymous Contract Network

A burner-phone UI where players post and accept bounties anonymously.

• Post bounties ($500–$100,000, configurable) taken from bank or cash, with a platform fee.
• Random codenames keep posters and hitmen anonymous.
• Area-based target blip that updates on a timer. Contracts complete when the target is killed.
• Limits on active and accepted contracts, cooldowns, expiry. Optional phone item requirement.
• The database table is created automatically.
